1. Diagnostic Assessment

We identify the "Technical Truths" of your court structure. Rather than masking defects, we analyse the substrate to determine if a full rebuild is required or if a performance resurface can meet your goals.

2. Pragmatic Technical Specification

We design a site-specific layer architecture tailored to your budget and Sporting  needs. While structural cracks require a full rebuild to permanently arrest, we offer a high-quality 5-year resurfacing option designed to restore surface integrity and minimise player disruption.

3. Mechanical Preparation & Stabilisation

Adhesion is critical therefore we use mechanical preparation and advanced crack-filling compounds to manage movement. On resurfaced courts, we acknowledge that structural cracks may return as "hairline" fissures due to base expansion and contraction. If cracks persist or open wider than expected, this is a definitive indicator of base movement that can only be fully remedied through a rebuild. With the aforementioned in mind, we  remain committed to assisting you in managing these symptoms as far as technically possible.

4. CourtGuard™ 12-Layer System Application

Our multilayer approach uses our proprietary 12-layer CourtGuard™ polymer matrix. This multi-layer approach uses deep-penetrating stabilisers and flexible fillers to build a resilient, all-weather playing plane designed to endure South Africa’s thermal extremes.

5. Performance Verification

Every project undergoes rigorous quality control. We strive to ensure the surface meets international standards, delivering a safe and consistent surface for Netball, Tennis, or Basketball.

6. Life-cycle Stewardship & Warranty Activation

Our partnership is built on technical honesty. We provide a 5-year surface, colour and line marking guarantee.
